Staff was amazing, helpful, answered questions before they were asked. Recommended places to eat, easy instructions to get to parking facility which was well lighten and convenient.

This was the hotel for a conference at Cornell and was perfect: quiet, comfortable. A good place to rest and to do work, with plenty of fun activities and easy parking.
