"We enjoyed our stay at Boulder- Bay Residences. The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. They even looked for a transportation and driver ( thank you Michael )for us so we can have dinner at the Fundation. The place is clean. The beds are firm, comfortable to sleep on. The linens and towels were clean and crispy white. The only complaint I had was the TV not working. It keeps saying No Signal, but it made us bond more with family by telling stories and creating memories. I also suggest...

"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nice as is the pool. The building is not complete. The upstairs bar was not available. The menu is tiny and the food portions tiny. It is chronically understaffed. The breakfast was poor. We would not eat dinner there and bought more breakfast elsewhere. Coffee was rubbish. The wifi was hopeless to connect. Every day go to the office for a new code. Sometimes twice a day. No mention of cash only till departure checkout! No warning at all! Only one...
