"It was our first time staying at a Mimaru and we had a wonderful time. The room was beautiful and clean for our family of 5. The hotel is walking distance to Kuromon market and Dotonbori. There are also subway lines about a 5 minute walk away and a Family Mart just a couple steps away. It is also very easy to have luggage transported to and from the hotel. (There is a Yamato Transport across the street.) There’s also a laundry facility downstairs that is open to the public. One washer and one...

"Property was brand new with washer in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is the distance to nearest train station is around 500-600m or 10 min walking to Namba. Also, no luggage delivery service was available at the hotel at that time."

"We loved the place, easy to check in and good facility. At first the heater did not work, but it worked better once we cleaned the filter with the vacuum cleaner. I saw someone talking about clogged air filter, so I was surprised. Though I would recommend this place for anyone. "

"This hotel is walking distance from the train station. It is in a commercial/ neighborhood for locals so about 30 mins from dontonburi that’s with the walking to the train station which is 7-10 min slow walk and 5 min when your arrive to dontonburi station so not riding for 30 mins. Staff was great and helpful due to the snow storm my luggage didn’t arrive for a couple of days this is when I was staying in Kyoto. However, once getting to karaksa they were able to get in contact with the luggage service and when I had heard from them in the morning and went out for the day saw a note on my table once I returned. They had also called the room to let us know the luggage was at reception. The breakfast was great, they also have a great shower. Be aware that the tubs are smaller than US tubs so 5’11” and taller you can’t fully extend your legs at least not comfortably, but that was the case at all my hotels in Japan. Toilet is in a separate room which is very. There is no cafe or bar lounge. They do have a beverage dispenser for coffee and sodas. The walls are a bit thin I could hear my neighbors in the next room time to time. I was on the 19th floor and the view was exquisite!! Beautiful mountains ranges in the distance sunrise and sunset looked amazing"
