"Two things: 1) When I arrived on the night of the 5th the front desk had no info about my booking and gave a room I did not want because the hotel was almost full! 2) Since I booked online from the US, when I requested my sign out bill they front desk was unable to as I was told that since I booked in the US they couldn’t give me any bill. They were so unprofessional! I literally left in anger !"

"This is THE BEST PLACE in Cameroon. Star Land Douala and Yaoundé. Booked Yaounde after my experience in Douala. AMAZING. For a hotel not affiliated to a “world brand”, it is just EXCEPTIONAL. "Very old and run-down, facilities including showers are toilets are completely broken down. Inadequately lighting in the rooms. No amenities provided not even towels - you have to ask for one.
