"The stay was fantastic and all the staff was super friendly and always eager to help and share about the area. A plus is the free access to the gardens of Villa Melzi which are incredibly beautiful and give an easier way to reach Bellagio city center, located at least 20 minutes away by foot. The breakfast is also very nice and if I go again to Bellagio I won’t hesitate to stay here once more."

"We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Dolomites. The accommodation is well located in the centre of Bolzano on a street with lots of shops and restaurants. It was around 10min walk from the main train station which we did easily with our luggage. We had 2 different room types for 5 adults, one with a lovely big balcony and the other was big enough for 3 adults. The rooms themselves were modern, large and clean. "This hotel had an amazing atmosphere and a great location to old town. The hotel itself is magnificent with a lot of options and beautiful location. The only downfall we encountered was the room was too hot when we asked to lower the temperature they unlocked it, but the room was still so hot that we could not sleep. The vent was actually pushing out hot air. They have notices to avoid having windows open because of bugs but our choice was essentially bugs or melt. Aside from this, it was a beautiful hotel, all staff were very friendly, and the location is the best for views and walkability to the top views. Highly recommend but maybe ask for a fan in your room at night. "
