Desde a recepção, acomodação, café da manhã maravilhoso e fresquinho, tudo impecável, limpeza do quarto, piscina maravilhosa. Os donos são fantásticos, me senti em casa e sempre que puder, voltarei a me hospedar lá. Recomendadíssimo. Sem contar a proximidade de restaurantes, mercado e do próprio parque Beto Carrero, caminhada de 15 minutos no máximo.

Tudo muito velho. Colocaram a gente em um quarto que tinha banheira quebrada. Isso com criança foi um perigo. Pousada estava mal cuidada.

Insatisfeita.
Na chegada o atendimento na recepção não foi bom. Peguei um quarto casal com outra cama maximo 3 conforme tinha na disponibilidade e por estar com duas crianças pequenas tive que pagar pela cama como se fosse extra, o que não ocorreu nos outros hotéis em Florianópolis e Blumenau. Café da manhã fraco sem variedades, TV quebrada, tampa do sanitário quebrado. Insatisfeita pelo que paguei pois fiquei em hotéis pelo mesmo preço bem melhores.

A recepção é ótima, organizada, as pessoas são atenciosas, a limpeza do local é boa, o café da manhã é delicioso, porém os canais da TV a cabo não tinham bom sinal, os quartos são pequenos e com móveis antigos .
