Boa tarde, esteve no hotel nos dias 18 e 19/10 ao chegar tudo certo, segundo dia não foi colocado sabonete e shampoo, e nem a toalha de rosto, vaso do quarto não funcionou parou de chegar agua, no domingo pela manhã ao descer no café 15 minutos antes do termino do horário estipulado ate as 10 hs, 10 minutos antes de acabar o horário de estipulado já começaram a retirar as coisas do café.
