Nice Hotel Stuff and Good Service

Ja fiquei hospedada varias vezes no hotel pela localização e pelo serviço. Tive problema com um vizinho barulhento durante a noite. Fui muito bem atendida pelo recepcionista da madrugada que resolveu rapidamente a situação. Todos estão de parabens pela qualidade do serviço. Voltarei muitas vezes e recomendo!

The Hotel needs updates, rooms are old with terrible smell. Bathtubs very very old.
Front desk not helpful and with bad attitude.
Vallet ok.

The room interior and other facilities are quite outdated. The official picture overstate the condition.Staff is friendly. Good location in the Brooklin neighborhood. The breakfast buffet is always the same and lacks variety. Overall fair value for the price.
