Quick and pleasant check-in. It was very late too but this was not an issue as the reception was open 24 hours.

The worst accommodation we have stayed in.
Posted 16 May 2019 on HotelsA complaint regarding the stay was down to hotel.com not explain there are 2 types of accommodation, one being in the main hotel and the other in what can be described as a studio with a sink. The place we stayed had a laminate floor in a very poor condition, the bathroom very small and grubby, the bathroom door would not close, in all a very disappointing 2 day stay. Unless you stay in the hotel don’t book. The AC smelt of stale tobacco and un@ble to use after giving me an asthma attack. Looked like the accommodations were for men only. Felt like a refugee. Should have gone to Ibis.
