Property wonderful, clean, safe, well maintained.
Minor annoyances included
-hotel requirement for caps in pool...they should provide [charge in room rate] or tell guests up front,
-some staff in breakfast room need to be better trained.

Excellent hotel with great service and accommodations. The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom supplies were a bit skimpy: one tiny square of soap and small bottle of body wash. (These were good quality, but we could have used a little more of them). Also, could be nice to have a washcloth included with the towels.

Posted 6 Jun 2023 on HotelsThis was our third stay at Thermae Sylia and it was great, The hotel is a true 5 star, its relaxing and clean and the mineral water was changed every night to my surprise and pools were scrubbed thoroughly. The breakfast is great offering fresh natural juices and variety of foods. The staff were very professional and well deserve their rating.
We will return.

Wonderful hotel, probably the best in Loutra Edipsou! Nice rooms with robes, tea and coffee, comfortable beds. Beautiful warm swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, with water aerobic class twice daily. Berakfast with plenty of choices.Room service offers quality food; try carob bread, its delicious ! Cant wait to come back.
