Nice Hotel

Istanbul . Expo hotel
Posted 24 May 2023 on HotelsOverall very nice hotel with professional and friendly staff. Some rooms are a little dated. Excellent for expo location. But nothing else nearby. Taxi required.

The property is in a location within a walking distance from the airport which gives you a peace of mind as you approach your flight day. However, they are shutting down the A/C, and instead placing it in 'fan mode' to fake the patrons and customers that the AC is working. Not the first time but definitely a good pick during the winter.

they need to be up to date on lots of things . no airport pick up or drop off, no room service , bugs in rooms , hot temp in room .

Regarding your comments about the problems during your stay in our hotel, let us kindly to remind we advise every Guest on arrival about special direct line "0", which you can use 24 hour every day of week to avoid wasting of your time and to offer fastest solution of any questions or issues you have in the hotel. We are sorry that you did not use it and did not give us a chance to adjust your unpleasant experience. With regard to air condition, kindly inform you, that there is a central air condition system in our hotel and during the winter it works only on heating. We would like to point out that we have 24-hour room service for your convenience. At your request, we can arrange transfer for you from or to the airport.
