We arrived early and were kindly allowed to check in early too. The room was very spacious. It's in a great area with lots of food, drink and shopping options nearby, lots of things are walkable and the tram is nearby. The only improvement would be the double bed, which had partially collapsed on one side, which meant sleeping at a bit of angle.

We booked the penthouse with a balcony offering the view of Istanbul. There were ants all over the apartment, we noticed them only when they started biting us all over while laying down. The housekeeping has been informed and they vacuumed the place but the ants were still all over. Bathroom was small, and unclean with a very dim light and low water pressure. The bathroom picture was not even advertised and it was completely other picture when I booked the room, so definitely disappointing
We are not picky when it comes to a hotel room as long as the place is clean but this was far away from it and I wouldn’t say that it’s housekeeping but the infrastructure definitely needs interior upgrade

The Front receptionist was very welcoming and was a really nice guy. The hotel was very perfect.
