The Cleanness and their hospitality was great. The location is easy access to the Public transportation.

Especially Sam and other his colleagues were so amazing to provide the best guidance to see the city and their communications were very polite and respectful.

No complaints at all, the property was clean, safe, quiet and close to all methods of transportation. Sam and his staff go the extra mile to really take care of their guests. I will be rebooking this hotel again next time I stay in Istanbul.

I loved everything about my stay at this property. I was a solo traveller.and did not.know.what to expect from Istanbul..As soon as I walked into the property , the staff were at hand to greet and make.me.feel.welcomed. Sam , the customer liaison manager was so helpful. All the reception staff.made an effort to make sure I was happy and had all the information I needed to get around .They made reception a.melting pot for the guests and we usually shared a cup of coffee or.chai tea with the other customers. It felt like a home from home.
The location was ideal. It was in close.proximity to 2 train stations, the tram, Taksim.square , Galata port and many shops and restaurants.
I couldn't have wished for a better hotel.and will definitely be going back. Thanks to Sam and all the staff that work at Union hotel Port for making my first visit to Istanbul a very memorable one . Xx

We came from Canada and had a lovely stay for 3 days at the Union Hotel Port. The room was comfortable and transportation is so close by in the area so it is easy to get to all the sights/shopping/restaurants.
The thing that stood out most for us was the hotel staff, they were so kind, hospitable and helpful with any questions or requests we had. Amazing customer service and attention to detail. Would recommend!
