A terrible experience. They do not clean the rooms every day. The security box did not work. Breakfast was bad and the quantity not enough for the amount of clients. The elevator goes up but not down. The corridos were full of box springs and baskets of dirty laundry.

Hotel en malas condiciones. Elevador sube pero no baja. Los corredores del piso que me asignaron llenos de colchones. No limpian las habitaciones todos los días. Los canastos de ropa de cama sucia duraban más de 1 día en el corredor. Las cajas de seguridad no servían y cuando solicité apoyo para usarlas nunca respondieron. La batería del control del aire acondicionado tardaron 2 días en cambiarla. El desayuno buffet era insuficiente para el número de clientes y de mala calidad. La actitud del administrador era como si nos hiciera un favor al atendernos en lugar de corregir las deficiencias. Hotels debería reconsiderar la promoción de este establecimiento.

Was a terrible room they put to twin beds together to make a double bed the city view I paid for???? Was a brick wall 2 inches from the window terrible renovations I knew this hotel wen it was mystic hotel was beautiful then not now. Terrible

Hayatımda bu kadar berbat ve kötü bi otel görmedim asla resimlerde ki gibi değil !! Küf rutubet duvarda kocaman delik dıştan yıkık dökük çok berbat bi durumda insanları resimlerle manzarayla kandırıyorlar!!!!

Das "Hotel" ist leider eine Absteige. Die Mitarbeiter aber waren mir sehr entgegengekommen und haben ihr Bestes getan, damit wir zufrieden waren. Als Gebehinderte, älterer Mensch ist es aber sehr schwierig die Straßen hochzugehen. Für Junge Leute mit wenig Geld ok.

Otel de ilgilenen yer gösteren olmadığı gibi, oda da telefon yok. Duş başlığı kırık. Pencerenin kulpu kırık.. Terlik yok. Temizlik sıfır. Daha ne anlatayım.. Otelin yeri iyi olmasına karşın şehir manzarılı yerine Bodrum kattan oda veriliyor.
