The air conditioning did not sufficiently cool the room. After (2) days of complaining, we were moved to a room on a lower floor. The AC in the new room was fine.

The staff was amazing, we received an outstanding service by wonderful people. Our whole trip was so convenient and great thanks to the help and services received at the hotel. The neighborhood is very safe and there is many great restaurants by the water. Access to transportation was alsp amazing we were at a 5 minutes walk to the bus stop and ferry.

Modern and clean hotel, breakfast was great and the staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Kid friendly too, had an excellent stay thanks
