Amazing in every, clean, beautiful view, food, service, and the most amazing is the area definitely coming back again.

Horrible customer service. The front desk staff were some of the rudest and most dismissive people. We were placed in room that had zero sound proofing and we could hear loud party music for hours. Reception ignored our complaints multiple times and even blocked our phone line after falsely claiming they would come and check the issue. My partner and I ended up going down to reception for some resolution and were told to take a seat while they continued to ignore us and speak to each other in Turkish. When we eventually demanded a resolution, we were begrudgingly taken to another quieter room, despite the reception previously telling us that the hotel was booked solid. I have never experienced anything quite like this in my many years of travelling. Would recommend everyone to steer clear of this horrible hotel.

My family and me stayed at the hotel for two nights. I can’t believe, but it’s 4 stars hotel and my youngest son got a horrible rush from bed bugs there. Also, everything looks very old, shower made a horrible noise when i used it. Reception staff was very unkind. Very bad experience! Never again!

Where do I even begin?! I’ve stayed at the Marmara pera 3 times in the last 5 weeks and I’ve had an exceptional experience. We’ve had the pleasure of meeting Gorkem the gentleman that works at the front desk and he truly treated us like royalty! In fact, they all have. This is definitely a hotel I highly recommend for every need from location, ambiance, staff, cleanliness and food!!!! Phenomenal stay!!!!

Roof top terrace view and swimming pool. Restaurant is great too for drinks & to watch sunset!
