Shower base not safe .,slippery when you wash the soap , recommendation is to add small rough plastic sheet for safety
Cover sheet is not good at all ( not wide enough to cover 2 persons
I am not trying to criticise but to advise only

it was close to all the major tourist hotspots and trams.
breakfast had excellent options.
the hotel should provide USB charging outlets for the guests to be able to charge their cell phones or other electronic devices.
we had a wonderful stay.

Rooms just like graves. I do not know how this is a five stars hotel!!?
Photos are misleading. It’s just a scam.
I left the hotel after couple of hours. They refused to refund my 3 nights booking.

I shall inform you that we have various types of rooms. It was possible to upgrade your category.
