The staff was great from the breakfast staff to the coffee bar staff and captain who looked after us and made us feel at home the location walking distance to amenities and blue Mosque.Hagia Sofia restaurants and many more

Sura Hagia Sophia Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Our room was beautifully appointed, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views. The location is absolutely perfect, within easy walking distance of major attractions like the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Breakfast was a delicious and varied spread, offering something for everyone. We particularly appreciated the hotel's quiet and peaceful ambiance, providing a welcome respite after a day of sightseeing. The overall experience was truly luxurious and relaxing. We highly recommend Sura Hagia Sophia Hotel for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Istanbul. We can't wait to return!

The location is very good, walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia in less than 10 minutes. It is also closed to the tram station. Many restaurants next to the hotel, but they server almost all the same foods. Property is good. Room is on the small size for standard room. The shampoo dispenser is broken and they did not fix it after I told them for the 4 days that I stayed there. The AC does not seem to be that cool.
Overall, it is OK but have room for improvements.

Great location. Staffs are helpful.
But the hotel is average - in pictures it looks pretty impressive but it is not. We had to change rooms twice - once because their so called penthouse room is more of an attic and then once because of strange smell coming out from the bathroom. The rooms are tiny and awkward.
It is a few minutes walk from St Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and Basilica Cistern.
