Beautiful facility, great location for tourism in Taxsim area, great ground floor cafe and rooftop restaurant amenities. For me the hours of free Steam & Sauna 09:00-22:00 were the same hours I was out of the hotel as a tourist exploring so I cannot rate them. Extending steam and sauna hours to before breakfast (07:00-23:59) and after dinner would have been beneficial for my schedule and a great way to start and end the day.

It was Soo noisy at night we couldn’t sleep well; air conditioning was central can’t get access the room was hot and supposed to be smoking free but it wasn’t u can smell it in our room and they charged us for using the coffee in the end of our stay almost $55 which is a lot

Very nice hotel, customer service was excellent, great location. Morning buffet was good with an incredible view.
