Location is great, service is excellent, rooms are clean in general. The only thing I would change is the shower in 401. Pressure is not adequate and hot/cold water is difficult to control. Everything else is pretty spot on.

Un hotel de diez, el trato perfecto, cercano, estaban dispuestos en cualquier hora, Mustafa nos explicó todos los sitios importantes que debemos visitar. La limpieza excelente, te hacen la habitación cada día, te dejan agua y té cada día en la habitación. La ubicación a unos 2 min de la mezquita Sultan Ahmed. Tienen merienda de 15 h a 20 h. (incluida en el precio). Muchas gracias a todo el equipo, sin duda alguna volveremos a este hotel. El hotel superó nuestras expectativas.

İstanbul da begendigim nadir otellerden biri. Odalarin konforu ve personelin ilgisi harika. Odalarin yataklari cok rahat ve carsaflar tertemiz. Banyo genis ferah. İnternet gerçekten cok hizliydi. Odanizda airplay bile koymayi dusunmusler. Ucretsiz netflix, youtube a baglanabiliyorsunuz. Kendi hesaplari var. Konum olarak da cok iyi tramvay a 7-8 dk. Bes yildizli bir otelde kesinlikle bulamayacaginiz oda konforuna ve rahatligina sahip. İster kafa dinlemek ister gezmek isteyen herkese tavsiye ederim.

True experience. My stay at.q.hotel istanbul Sultanahmed. Was outstanding from the entire staff. The room was much more than i expected. Clean smart comfortable. Stocked up daily with snacks. Nous avions la chambre sur le toit avec terrasse privative de 30m2. Vue sur la mer de Marmara et l'arrière de la mosquée Bleue... La chambre venait d'être refiate à neuf. Un problème d'eau chaude un soir et de serrure, réparée dans la journée. Le personnel est très réactif. Petit bémol : les store blancs ne masquent absolument pas la lumière et nous avons été réveillées dès 6h. Il faut aussi compter avec le cri des mouettes !!! Le petit déjeuner était pléthorique et varié... exceptionnel !!!(l'établissement aura tenu compte des remarques négatives d'avant !) et le personnel est très pro. NB : Le patron essaie de vendre des excursions dès votre arrivée, mais si vous déclinez il ne vous embête plus !

Passez votre chemin

Accueil sympathique à l'arrivée, puis inexistant, chambre sale, douche pas propre non plus (un petit ver se baladant au fond du bac). Pour le petit déjeuner, nous qui nous levions tard ne comprenions pas pourquoi il n'y avait plus de pain... nous avons donc insisté un jour, et finalement c'est parce qu'ils devaient sortir en racheter... et visiblement ce n'était pas l'idée principale. Bref, oui c'est proche de la Mosquée bleue, mais je ne vous le recomanderai pas.

3* hotell med 4* service og 5* beliggenhet

PLUSS: Hotellet ligger like nedenfor den Blå moskeen; med gå-avstand til de viktigste attraksjonene i gamlebyen (Old City, Sultanahmet området). Resepsjonistene (1 per skift) var alltid veldig blide og behjelpelige, og tok godt vare på oss. Vi fikk gode og ærlige råd og anbefalinger, om eksempelvis restauranter i nærområdet eller beste fremkommelighet (til gitte attraksjoner). Sengene var ikke ukomfortable, og rommet var ikke så trangt som jeg fryktet. MINUS: Selvsagt positivt at frokosten var inkludert (i pakken som jeg valgte), men det var lite variasjon fra dag til dag. Har gitt dårlig score på Renhold, fordi sluken i dusjen var ganske tett. Ellers var hygienen relativt god. KONKLUSJON: Mye bedre enn det man kan forvente fra et 3-stjerners hotell, og man får mye for pengene, synes jeg.

Für keine großen Erwartungen

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht vom Hotel. Wir haben das Hotel anhand der Bilder gebucht. Aber als wir ankamen Enttäuschung pur. Alles sehr dunkel eingerichtet. Das 1. Zimmer was für uns reserviert wurde für 3 Personen, war sehr klein und hat unheimlich gestunken , so das wir sofort ein anderes Zimmer bekommen haben. Von Hygiene vor allem im Bad kann man nicht behaupten. Die Ränder an der Dusche ecklig! Die Lampe im Zimmer war halb kapputt und mit Viehchern benetzt. Wurde nicht gereinigt. Unser Bett bzw.Matratze hat sich bei jeder der Bewegung verschoben, so das man ständig das richten mußte. Nach 4 Tage Aufenthalt war am letzten Tag das Frühstück ok. Ansonsten immer das gleiche. Küchenpersonal sehr launisch. Kein lächeln nur ernste Gesichter. Also empfehlen werden wir definitiv nicht!!

Отель расположен очень удобно. В трех минутах от центра. Удобное место расположения от аэропорта, всего 20 минут езды на машине. Персонал отеля дружелюбный, готовый прийти на помощь в любую минуту. Хороший WIFI. В номере очень чисто, полотенце менялось каждый день. Удобно, что в номере кроме ванных принадлежностей были тапочки, вода. Хорошая слышимость, ранним утром муллы, но это непривычно только в первый раз, в последующие дни просыпаешься рано утром и ждешь пение муллы. В следующий раз я бы выбрала этот же отель, очень понравилось место расположения, персонал и чистота в номере.
