Had booked a deluxe double room. Was given a really small room. When I asked the receptionist I was told the room they gave me was an executive room. Which is untrue because I saw my friends room which was much bigger.

Hotel is in a nice location with easy access to the metro, shopping and restaurants. Hotel room was clean and service was good.

First of all, the staff at the reception was very slow and extremely rude. He was so rude that he was wagging his finger and several times he raised his voice at me, his behavior was almost like was to beat. The room cleaning was average. The window in the room cannot be opened, one cannot breathe fresh air. The bed was too soft, my back was in pain in the morning. The man who placed the buns at breakfast did so without wearing gloves. There was a long hair on the cheese plate. There was also hair in the cherry tomatoes I took on my plate. How can a hotel be this awful, it does not deserve its stars.

This was my second time staying in Point Hotel Taksim. I really enjoyed my time, the hotel is clean and close to Metro, shopping and lots of restaurants. Thanks to everyone and specially the Front office manager who upgraded our rooms. Highly recommend.
