Good location, terrible room and service

I take my room at 3pm because there's no room available and I reserved before 10 days.. one day the room service enter my room without my permission and I was in the room...
Breakfast was not bad
The location near Taksim square about 5 min walk

Horrible room

The room was too small and we couldn't even walk in easily and open our suitcase.
Cold weather comes in from the old door and mke the room freezing.
TV didn't work.
Without refrigerator in room.
