Hotel exception st was rather nice, but reluctant to solve issues. Lobby smells bad - feels like something is wrong with sewerage or ventilation. Room was not clean - dusty and sheets had holes. And judging by water paths on the walls - it probably has fungus. When I asked receptionist about shoe cleaning machine - if it works - they were unable to make it work by connecting into socket. I am disappointed with this place. We moved to another hotel right after our reservation finished. I would suggest to hotel owners to pay more attention to the cleanliness of their property as well as motivation of their employees to pay attention to costumer's concerns.

Very bad experience

The room is very dirty and the cleaner doesn’t want to clean even when I asked her to do so,and the window without a curtain and I asked them to install one they say they will do but every time I asked them why you didn’t do it they tell me they will do until I checked out they didn’t fixed it the receipt pretended he can’t speak English to ignore the customer

The location was so convenient to the tube station and the breakfast is also enough to start a day. I was disappointed to see the room because the door to bathroom was broken and could not be closed (they fixed soon) and water from toilet was leaking (they did not fix).

Old building, old furniture, very small rooms, small and not clean bathroom, Staff barely smile, and don't speak other languages, The only good thing is the location of the hotel, you just need 2 minutes walk to the bus station.
