Hotel workers are very polite and kind to customers. The breakfast is average, but the pool is not working and needs repair. The shower design is poor, causing water to splash outside the bathroom.

I recently stayed at the Nova Plaza Crystal Hotel in Istanbul and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly nice and always willing to help with any requests or questions. The hospitality was top-notch, making me feel very welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay.
The hotel’s cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.
The breakfast was fantastic, and the manager at the restaurant was very nice. The food was wonderful and provided a great start to each day.
Overall, I highly recommend the Nova Plaza Crystal Hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul. It was a fantastic stay, and I look forward to returning in the future.

This is a very nice hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. This is my second stay at this hotel. I will be back here when I’m Istanbul.
