Lovely hotel and lovely staff. Hotel has recently been refurbished so everything looks brand new. Location is very convenient. 12 minute walk to taksim square or you can use the free hotel shuttle bus. Not many hotels offer a shuttle bus so this is a brilliant add on. Hotel has some nice food/coffee places next door. The local grill restaurant has amazing food and across the road there is lovely coffee shop called Istanbul Baking company. Our stay waa brilliant.

The hotel was really nice , sauna steam and pool too. Free shuttle from hotel to Taksim. Really happy

This is a clean and nice hotel. However, the view from our room was terrible. They do not allow food from outside which is a big problem in Istanbul, especially if you are traveling with children. Their app does not work outside the hotel which makes it difficult to request a return shuttle. Staff were great - especially Atoosa and Akhtar. Ask for them.

A nice place to stay and lovely staff. I booked a room with 1 double bed 1single for my child but they put 3 single beds lol but overall I was happy next time I will come back the same hotel

The hotel is spotless new or newly renovated with high standard decor, rooms are spacey, the staff are friendly and polite, the hotel offers free shuttle transfer to Taksim and osmanbye,
