Business trip. So I know you get what you pay for, but the apartment was disappointing. I had the top floor apartment and the level of cleanliness was really not acceptable. When I arrived, I had to clean the apartment as I didn't feel comfortable The floor had crumbs on it by the kitchen, the kitchen itself, behind the cooker, was old pasta. The towels provided had holes in them and the bedding was cheap and I had to wash it as didn't feel comfortable in the current situation that it was clean. There was old food in the cupboard and rubbish in the draws. The outside area at the front had litter on it and there is a back area that had pet brushes, general junk. The door to the back patio also didn't shut properly. The guy on reception was generally asleep - I went out one morning for a walk and at 8 am had to knock the front door down to try to wake him to open it! No COVID checks, just a hand sanitizer by the front door - always many [people in the office downstairs watching TV etc. I would have checked out but had paid in full and the guy downstairs, as I said was asleep or not around . Also, no daily cleaning unless you leave the key with the guy downstairs.which you would only know if you can see the guy and ask why the place wasn't cleaned !. no coffee shop, no room service, no premium bedding ( far from it) no business center, no room service, no free newspapers, Multilingu staff -they don't speak english, maybe other languages. sleep number by selec

First of all, I see that there are judgmental and thoughtless comments in your complaints As the nature hotel apartments family, we prioritize the peace and happiness of our guests. there are false accusations in your comments All of our apartments pass through disinfection processes As long as you stay here, we did your cleaning whenever you requested cleaning from us. the person mentioned in the office in the mornings and serves 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. and we never left you victims, we always opened the door We respect your comments, but we will appreciate it if you give more thoughtful and realistic comments. And let's not forget that this is an apart hotel, not a 5-star hotel. You commented on my English level, we establish very strong relations with all our foreign guests by speaking in English.

It’s great location for ppl that want to use airport I was there only for a night from airport it’s only 20lira taxi. And it’s well worth the money.

receptionist stop smoking

Receptionist stop suffocating us with your smoke, please, this has happened several times, and to keep repeating and apologizing doesn't help when I and the children are stuck in our room suffering the smell and coughing with your smoke coming up into the flat. Happened several times on last stay and this stay. Sofabeds are not comfortable, might need changing, as the metal structure/beams sticks into your backs, even my kids are complaining now. The kitchenette ventilator is broken and there seems to be no intention of fixing it despite reporting it. The air-conditioning units need maintenance and not being serviced despite reporting it repeatedly. Kitchen cutlery need reviewing, I bought my own knife. The service is courteous, caring and I like the hotel and 2 staff I usually meet, I would still want to come here in future, I hope they fix these issues. I am not a fan of unhappy reviews, but had to do it today.

Excellent Hotel, close to the Airport

Pros: We really like the shops close by to the hotel.
Location: We didn't have a chance to visit the Aquarium but it is close by.
Mr. Ramadan made our stay very pleasant and helped arrange an airport transfer for us. Thank you!
