The room was too small even if we paid for a Deluxe room and the staff refused to change the room. The elevator smells so bad for 5 days.

Dear Slim, Your reservation for delxue foorm and we gave you deluxe room.Also we changed to bigger twin deluxe room. A guest dropped something smells bed so we cleaned and washed with parfume the elevator everyday Best Regards

I like the way that the cleaners come everyday and clean and give new things. everything is always clean made us so happy I think hotel marble deserve 5 star if we come to Turkey again we will hundered present come to marble hotel again

2 big problems to mention here, their Air conditioning system which sometimes does not work and when you ask them to fix the answer is: this is what we have :), very rude answer but it seems this is the culture there.
Avoid going there during the summer, too hot when the AC is not working.
The communication with most of the stuff is so difficult the majority does not speak a very good English which a real problem.
The other thing, this hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel but not sure what does 4 stars means in Istanbul, I would rate it 3 stars
I personally would not stay here again. For the amount of money I paid I could definitely find something better.
