Stuff friendly. Room was not ready for guests. There wasn't any sheets for the bed, tv wasn't working properly turning off, phone was off unable to use it or conect to front desk, no irone, carpets were not clean and there wasn't any ice machine, no cups or water in the room.
Stuff was friendly, front dusk provide cups upon request and breakfast was good.

Worst hotel in my life!!! HORRIBLE!! Antisanitary!
Posted 5 Jan 2018The toilet had a p**s and blood on the toilet seat cover. The receptionist did not speak any language besides Turkish - I tried English, Russian, Spanish- it was unsuccessful and only made him angry. I was discriminated on the basis of being a foreign female. Also started to receive strange calls to my room about invitation to tea. When I contacted my Turkish friends to help me out, and they came to speak to the receptionist- they were kicked out in a very aggressive form. It was so inappropriate that I literally escaped from the hotel the first night. HORRIBLE!!!

firstly I would like to inform that we are sorry for your experience. But we have to pay attention to hotel rules and your safety. for this reason we did not accept your boyfriend on the second night. and he did not submit a valid ID. you asked to leave the hotel at 23:30 at night and demand money. but we could not accept your request.
Our hotel has English, Arabic and Russian speaking staff. However, they are not all in the same desk. we understand that you are making a final assessment of this case.
