Horrible experience. The only good thing was the guy at the reception but this is it. I was shocked when I entered the room with two kids, dirty, destroyed, very « luxury ». The other room they proposed was the same awful. Walls are so thin that you hear your neighbors sneeze. Disgusting breakfast. You can choose a lot of better options for the same price near Istanbul international airport, I stayed in a lot of hotels and that’s the worst you can find

I missed my flight from Istanbul to Abuja and was told the next flight is in two days, I have 1 year old baby so I have no choice but to find a hotel near the airport. I booked airport luxury hotel on expedia and took taxi from the airport it’s only 10 minutes drive. The hotel is really nice! I met Aziz at the front and he was very nice, he even let me borrow his charger! All the staffs are super nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There’s a mall 5 minutes drive from the hotel. There’s also a big masjid nearby very beautiful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when ever I am in istanbul again. Thank you airport luxury hotel!!

Rooms are not sound proof at all which is contradictory to the description, toilet was clean but there was a strange smell 🤔 which was very unpleasant , breakfast was also very limited in options . Overall its an average 3 star hotel with very basic facilities and not at all luxury hotel as name suggest . Staff was approachable though

Flash tank and bidet was not working

Dear GuestWe did not fully understand what is not working, but if you are talking about electricity, you should put your room card into the machine so that it works.If you had any problem you could contact with reception. Because everything is working in our hotel there is no problem. We can help you 24 hours.
