I will never recommend this property as the bathroom was filthy and the hotel needs an upgrade. Horrible carpets in the hotel.

Best Hotel of My Trip – Exceptional Service! This is hands down the best hotel I stayed at during my trip! The service was absolutely amazing—I’ve never experienced service like this in Turkey. The valet parking team and security staff were incredibly nice, respectful, and spoke English very well. The service felt like more than 5 stars, and they were extremely generous! The room was very clean and spacious, making it totally worth the money. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from Taksim and Galata Port, but it wasn’t an issue for me since we had a car. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

I had to fight for the vip access perks and did not get upgrade or bottle of drink. They even lied to Expedia saying they did give it to me when they refused and it was recorded in my chat with Expedia. Very dishonest people. Ruined my holiday
