Poor house keeping and management. Urine stains in the bathroom from previous guest.

Dirty. Mould and urine stains. Passive management. Shocking. Shame because building is nice, but very poorly managed

Nice property with poor management. Refuse to compensate for damaged laundry. Inefficient restaurant (takes forever), mould in some bathrooms, lifts that gets stuck but doesnt get taken out of service before they are fully fixed, outside windows permanently dirty to the point where you can’t hardly see, even if there is a fake note in the room saying that windows will be cleaned ‘today’ (always says today). Le Meridien brand let down by very poor management.

I apologize for any confusion and inconvenience this may have caused.Concerning the window cleaning, because our hotel is a high-rise building, window cleaning is carried out by specialized teams and can take up to two weeks to complete. I understand that dirty windows may have affected your experience, and I apologize for this.We are also sorry for the issues you experienced with our restaurant service, the condition of some bathrooms, and the lifts.
