I had a wonderful and relaxing time staying in Joy Suites, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Everything was accessible, food delivery to the room and laundry as well.

The hotel is nice an clean, the room is clean. The room has a dishwasher, a stove and an over and a fridge. The bed is comfortable. The staff is very nice and very accomodating. Overall a very nice stay.

One room with AC and the other is not and added to that The AC was not working , when complained they said i have to stay in the hot room till next day morning then I discovered they are double the same for all , when I requested a refund as my room is not ready they refused and the worst part expedia also not helping instead sharing with them the fraud
Sadly i had to leave as i have family with kids to another hotel without any compensation

Dear Hassan,First of all, we would like you to know that we are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced.However, there was a section on the Expedia page where you could see the features of the place you rented before you made a reservation.There is a working air conditioner in the apartment, but as far as we understand, the cooling level you requested was insufficient for you considering the current air temperature. Nevertheless, we offered you the option of staying in 2 different rooms because we wanted you to be happy, but as you will appreciate, it is not fair to ask for 2 rooms for the price of 1.Our advice to you is to research the features of the place you will be staying in from now on, and to confirm that the service you want to receive is compatible with the price.We wish you well.
