The customer service was excellent! The staff (especially in the reception) were super nice, friendly, caring and helpful. Great breakfast and hotel facilities like pool and spa. The hotel location is good, there are bus and tram stops nearby.

Stay was great. Breakfast is good. Dishes not so clean. They need to work on that. Room size is good.
