A lovely foyer greeted you on entertaining the hotel. Quick and efficient check-in and English spoken by the staff. Asking for a different pillow and a light was quickly sorted out. Lots of different food and salads available for breakfast. Help given by staff greatly appreciated to sort out a problem. Can't fault them.

The staff was courteous but they gave us only 1 keycard which had to be removed when leaving. We were melting for 2 hours until the air cooled the room when we left the room & returned.

The booking showed that shuttle service was offered, no shuttle. The front desk was rude and short when i called with a question.

They had many elevators which was one of the nice points about it and it was in close proximity to my primary hotel the Ramada Plaza, and I basically stayed here for one night only to save my rooms at the Ramada nearby which became overbooked suddenly as I was renewing my reservation there. Was recommended to check Hotel Golden Way but its terrible in comparison. And most importantly to note, the hotel has a problem with possible mold and also very dirty air conditioner systems. My warning to anyone wishing to stay here is to stay away from the air conditioner and don't bother asking for help on how to start it either as the front desk will just rub you off and say its not the season to be using it and just open a window instead..... most stupidest response I have ever heard in my life..... they lock the thermal control pads on purpose. Breakfast was average at best. The hotel is not cheap also. There are plenty of other alternatives but I didnt have the time to search for one and just needed to pass one night only here until I could return back to the Ramada Plaza Istanbul.
