Excellent Customer Service the staff are so friendly, especially the front desk the lady with a charming smile on her Nasim with always welcoming

Reception wouldn’t leave are luggage at the reception for a little bit and didn’t bring it up to are rooms either. also beds were very small and ac didn’t work to well

While I wish you had a better experience.Due to security procedures, we cannot keep the luggage of our valued guests after check-out.Based on our conversation with the technical service and front office staff, we were informed that you were assisted during check-in and that there was no problem in the operation of your air conditioner. Although your reservation was for one large bed, you were given with two single beds 1 room because you said you would not sleep in the same bed as two men.Our single rooms are of standard sizes.Kind Regards

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Makel Hotel and I can't say enough good things about the experience. DO NOT STAY HERE!! The AC did not work and when I asked the staff they just ignored me . The breakfast bar is disgusting and it is not a 5 star hotel!!

Grand Makel hotel

The turkish bath and massage was excellent. The girls and Ashish delivered their promise as we were told. The "private" tour that was scheduled for us on the 2nd day was not at all a tour. Therefore, We demanded our money back and after so many arguments with different members. we got it. The breakfast was excellent service and food. For the price the hotel is ok where we stayed. Thanks
