Staff were not helpful toilet seat was broken, the bathroom was too small and old, wall plugs didn’t work and there was barely any space in the room and the neighbours were quite noisy.

We apologize for the staff not being helpful.The toilet seat was removed because previous customers did not use it properly, and it has been fixed with a simple technique.All the details about the small size of the rooms are written on the site, down to square metres. Please examine the details before our guests arrive and we would like them to make the necessary comments.we thank you

One of the best hotel that I have been in . The staff is very respectful. I will definitely suggest this place to other people .
