Posted 18 Jul 2023 on HotelsA little confusion about check-in time in the beginning, but the hotel very kindly sorted that out. The apartment was clean. We could leave the key at reception for the room to be cleaned during our stay also. Air conditioning was very good. The staff were always available and extremely helpful. Arranged airport transfer at a very reasonable price also. Thankyou very much.

Posted 13 Jul 2024 on HotelsNonostante le incomprensioni, perché per errore (era scritto in turco) abbiamo preso la camera nel seminterrato (bodrum kat, quindi attenzione quando prenotate a NON prenderla), il proprietario si e’ dimostrato comprensivo e disponibile a trovare una soluzione alternativa (la camera nel seminterrato era improponibile!) quindi il giudizio è’ positivo

First of all, we share all the details along with the photos on the reservation site. And we do not give any room to any of our guests other than the room they have booked. However, since you approached the incident with prejudice, you tried to attribute your own mistake to us. But still, we helped you immensely.

Es war ein schönes altes Apartmenthotel aber für Erwachsene ohne Kinder, da es in einem historischen Gebiet liegt und keinen Aufzug hat( kinderwagen).
Ansosten hervorragende Lage und nettes Personal

La struttura è vicina alle moschee,circa 500m,si trova in un vicoletto,non bello ma tranquillo.
I proprietari sono stati gentili.
L'appartamento è accettabile
