Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms were nice and the food and rooftop bar and restaurant was the perfect touch.

The room itself was spacious, clean and tidy. However...it was on the fifth floor and the lift was broken - which we didn't know prior to booking. Good for the calves though. Also, the rooftop room wasn't open for evening drinks and what's wrong with supplying a free bottle of water?

Dear Ian,First of all, thank you for your feedback. We provide 2 litres of water in rooms free of charge every day. Apart from this, there is also water in the minibar for your consumption. Apart from this, if you had conveyed your requests to us, we would have offered you as much water as you wish. Our restaurant and bar section closes at 12 o'clock in the evening and this information is available on all our contact pages. Unfortunately, the problem with electricity has been experienced for a while in the whole region and it is not a problem related to our property. When there is a power cut, our generator is activated within 10-15 seconds, but as in the whole world, our generators do not support lifts. We are sorry for the situation you have experienced on this subject.We hope to welcome you again in Istanbul.Kind regards,

The staff were very quick to respond. They were all very friendly and made sure we were happy. They organized several private cars for us, provided great guidance on where to go, and were always ensuring that we were well taken care of. Their rooftop restaurant was gorgeous. The views were stunning and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Charming and perfectly located
Posted 20 Mar 2024 on HotelsThe Georges has a wonderful old jazz vibe the minute you step in . Our room was spacious and private and had a balcony. We were in the 2nd floor and stil had a pretty good view
The staff is charming and friendly. The location is perfect and not too noisy. The rooftop restaurant made for a special breakfast!
