I loved staying here, even extending my stay. I have multiple food sensitivities and it can be hard to find what I need. However the supermarket next door stocks Gluten-free bread, sugar free drinks and great fruit and veg( Turkiye has great fruit and veg anyway). The Hotel is very recent in opening and they must of worked hard on the sound proofing as it was relatively quiet. The area has so many food options, and the sight of the Bosphorous and the many Mosques around is a wonderful way to start and end the day. I slept well, and the staff are professional and welcoming. If cleaning staff could remember to top up water in fridge that would be great. Cleaning is carried out each day and they are thorough. There are some design oddities in the room like there should of been a space behind the work desk to slip the electric cord for the socket, which is underneath the table. Plus the constant flashing of a light from a plug in the room. But the room also has plenty of storage space so you don't feel cramped or that you have to live out of your suitcase. It was a very comfortable stay.

**Frezya Oteli Hakkında Yorum** Bir hafta boyunca, “kadınlara özel” olduğu için Frezya Oteli’nde kaldım. Ancak otele girdiğimde beni bir erkeğin karşılaması beni şaşırttı. “Sadece kadınlara özel” bir otelde erkek çalışan olmamalı. Odalar temiz, yatak konforlu ve banyo tertemizdi. Ancak tek kişilik odamda televizyon olmaması beni üzdü; bu durum sitede belirtilmiş olsa da gözden kaçırmışım. Otel sessiz bir ara sokakta, yanında market ve karşısında Gloria Jeans bulunuyor. Kahvaltı otelde sunulmuyor ama yakınlarda kahvaltı yapabileceğiniz yerler mevcut. Personel nazik ve güler yüzlüydü. Ancak otelin en büyük sorunu ses yalıtımı. Yan odadaki konuşmaları, banyoyu ve hatta tuvalet seslerini bile net bir şekilde duyabiliyorsunuz. Gece, komşu odada birinin önce çişini yapıp sonra telefonundan müzik açıp duş almasını sanki odamdaymış gibi dinledim. Bu sorun acilen çözülmeli. Bir diğer hayal kırıklığım ise personelin yardımsever olmamasıydı. Telefonum bozulduğu için nişanlım beni arayamamış ve oteli arayıp durumumu kontrol etmelerini rica etmiş. Ancak “böyle bir hizmetimiz yok” denilerek reddedilmiş. Bu insanlıkla alakalı bir durum. Daha önce kaldığım bir otelde personel dizim çıktığında her konuda ve günlerce kapıma gelerek yardımcı olmuştu, bu otel ise bu konuda sınıfta kaldı. Bu nedenlerle tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem neuen Hotel war rundum gelungen. Von Anfang an wurde ich herzlich empfangen und der Check-in verlief schnell und reibungslos. Die Zimmer sind modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit – alles war makellos gepflegt. Ein weiteres Plus ist die Lage des Hotels. Es befindet sich in einer sehr gut erreichbaren Gegend, und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Für mich war das ein großer Vorteil, da ich die Umgebung gerne zu Fuß erkunde. Der Service war erstklassig. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit, sei es bei Fragen oder speziellen Wünschen. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut – eine große Auswahl an frischen Speisen, die gut präsentiert waren. Alles in allem war mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel eine rundum positive Erfahrung. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Otel gerçekten mükemmel. Yeni olmasına rağmen tek bir eksiği yok.aşırı ilgili bir resepsiyon mükemmel bir personel. Bundan sonra her istanbula geldiğimde rezervasyon yapacağım tek Hotel.Bu kadar çok ilgili ve temiz bir Hoteli hizmete sundukları için kendi adıma çok teşekkürederim.
