There was a weird smell in the halls and rooms and water pressure in shower was so low. The staff was extremely rude no one knows how to smile. Also the rooms are so small.

Gut gefallen hat uns an der Unterkunft, dass das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend war. Sehr nette Bedienung sowohl oben am Frühstücksbüffe als auch unten an der Rezeption. Enttäuschend fanden wir die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Die Fenster sind undicht, sodass man den ganzen Lärm auf der Straße gehört hat. Zudem hat der rechte Fahrstuhl den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht funktioniert, was dazu geführt hat das wir immer in der Regel max. 10min auf den Fahrstuhl gewartet haben. ( Wir hatten immer ein Kinderwagen dabei) Erst am vor letzten Abend unseres Aufenthalts wurde uns auf ein anderen Fahrstuhl hingewiesen. Insgesamt würden wir diese Unterkunft bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in Istanbul nicht mehr besuchen kommen.

Receptions guy tried to make me pay for my reservation and I told him that Its already paid via Expedia and he said sorry no reservation under ur name, the funny part is already called tge hotel a day before and they told me ur reservation is good abd u can come before 2pm, after i contact expedia costumer support and wait more than 1 hour they gave me the room

Odalar çok küçük ve premium oda seçmemize rağmen standart oda verildi. Fark etmesek o şekilde standart odayı bize vermiş olacaklardı premium fiyatı ödememize rağmen. Hoş premium dedikleri oda da o fiyatı asla hak etmiyor. Bir daha asla konaklamayacağım bir hotel.

Perfect stay

We arrived early in the morning from the airport after an 11 hour flight, and it was hours before our checkin time. Within half an hour the staff had our 3 rooms ready for us. The staff were polite, friendly and always happy to help. The manager, Andreas was always on hand with a very helpful attitude, and went above and beyond to help. Would be happy to stay here again.

In diesem Hotel wird man wie ein König behandelt. Die Mitarbeiter bis zur Managementebene kümmern sich um die Gäste. Besonderes gefallen hat mir: 1- Angekommen bin ich ganz früh. Etwa um 8 Uhr morgens. Trotzdem hat man mir direkt ein Zimmer gegeben, weil man gesehen hat, dass ich mit meiner Tochter und Frau bin. 2- Ich hatte das Hotel bei der Reservierung mitgeteilt, dass ich gerne ein gutes Zimmer haben möchte. Dieser Wunsch wurde auch berücksichtigt und man hat mir (weil wohl frei war) eines der größten Zimmer gegeben. Alles in allem war mein Aufenthalt dort sehr gut.
