Bed bugs everywhere, dirty bed sheets. Tiny bathroom couldn’t even take a shower. Dirty towels. Terrible stay

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ms. Elif and her colleagues did an excellent job cleaning the room. She was always smiling!

We stay here regularly as the hotel and the organisation are super helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble, I needed to work whilst here and they have been very supportive of getting me set up so I’m comfortable whilst working.
Area is spot on for everything!

Initially, I got a room on the third floor. But the room smelled like someone just smoked in, window crank was broken. They gave me another one on the second floor which also was smelly. Rooms and bathrooms were tiny
