The whole appeal for this property is the fact they included a spa, sauna, steam room, jaccuzi, swimming pool, and roof top garden. All of which are completely unusable! We could have spent a fraction of the cost and went somewhere nicer. Everyone in the establishment is smoking somewhere. The location is very unsafe. And I have much more to say but wont.

I’ve been visiting Istanbul from the U.S. and UK for the last few years quite familiar with the Dekta spa for great Hamam and Massage. Decided to try the hotel my 1st night into Istanbul and was very surprised of what a great value, location, and service I received upon arrival so stayed for an additional 3 nights.
Best Value in Istanbul as of June, 2023 🙏
Thank you Alena, Cengiz, and Gurkan, the front desk Manager for making me feel very welcomed and will definitely be returning.
