Although the hotel rooms are clean, but the other facilities are not maintained well. There wasn’t hot water in the rooms for several times, the Spa was crowded, the pool’s water was cold, the breakfast area was messy. I think the staff need to be trained to be more friendly.

There are several facilities in the hotel either not working or they are not maintained. The staff are not very friendly specially in the restaurant.

Location. Breakfast needs some improvement but overall the hotel is good.

Property was nice. Room was nice and clean. Staff was rude and i booked this Property only for the swimming pool. It was closed and no body give us update or notice. They didn't compensate. Terrible experience. I could have booked same kind of rrom somewhere else with half price that i paid them. Apart from that breakfast was good. Cleanliness was good

The fact that you write positive comments about many things but only ask for a refund when there is a problem that can always happen is proof that you do not have good intentions.Regards

Whilst the property was fine, they arranged on ground transport with a mob of shysters. We arrived at arranged meeting place, all staff were playing with their phones and none seemed to be our booked transport. None of them had our names registered in their system. 1 said they could take us, but to wait, never saw them again, then a second did the same and after 20 minutes we took a taxi (at half the cost of the booked transfer). On arrival at the hotel, transfer had called the hotel to say WE were a no show. Hotel staff then blackmailed us into paying the Euro 60 by refusing to hand our passports back until we did.
After some discussion and return of passports, hotel staff paid half and only half back.
Every where we went in that area, someone was after a piece of the action, wanting to sell us something we didnt want at exorbitant prices.
Counterfeit luxury goods (watches, bags etc) abound. I would not go there again.

But something is incorrect on your explenations on your review: Although you were not able to reach transfer team or any other issue with them, i have sent you a transfer letter including the information: "We must inform you the transfer fee will be paid to the transfer company on your arrival date by the hotel, therefore please DO NOT leave the Airport without informing the hotel or Airport transfer team. In case you use another vehicle in order to come to the hotel we must charge this fee upon your arrival."I myself tried to call your friends, too (and transfer team did the same ) none of your friends answered our calls therefore they musted to leave the Airport.I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience. This hotel has potential but lacks investment
Posted 9 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe hotel turned out to not be what was advertised at time of booking. The pool, spa and gym area is rundown, and clearly needs investment. If this had been rectified prior to my arrival then I would be giving this hotel a 5 star review.
