Staff was very helpful. House keeping was top notch. Where my room was located i could hear people from the outside and every morning i could hear the delivery lorries beeping. Something they cant control was road work at the front of hotel. It's not management it's municipality. Other than that one week stayed was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend it.

The property was really good the rooms were spacious but there was alot of road work outside the hotel which was disruptive other than that it was good location good breakfast.

Great hotel. Very friendly service. Special praise for hotel staff Juliana who guided us with tips on how and where to get around in Istanbul.
Good location. Metro and tram stations close by Excellent breakfast. Small rooms but well kept.
Only issue is the sound of tram in the night. Can the windows be sound proof. It is a five star hotel.

The area is in the midst of street renovations so getting transportation without the help of staff it was difficult. The ADA ramp is way to high for elder clientele.

Good stay - rooms were nice. Location is great - walkable to sights, restaurants etc.

The hotel is not providing the room service as a 5 start hotel and not so clean.
Room service was poor for 5 star.
