Very very good price for a quality place. I’ve stayed at some bad places in Istanbul for the same price. The breakfast is very good.

my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your establishment. I had made a reservation for a king-size suite room for four persons from [29 july 2023] to [01 August 2023] under the reservation reference number [55251989]. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards that were advertised and expected. Upon my arrival on [29 july 2023], I was shocked to discover that the room I was assigned did not match the specifications I had booked and was promised in the booking confirmation. Instead of the king-size bed and an extra bed, the room contained a double bed and a single sofa bed. This left our group with a missing bed, causing significant inconvenience and discomfort throughout our stay. Furthermore, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning at all during the first two nights of our stay. Despite my attempts to contact the front desk and address the issue, the AC remained inoperative. It was only on the third day, late at night, that an electrician was sent to fix the AC unit. This prolonged lack of basic amenities significantly marred our experience and made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially considering the sweltering weather. I believe that as a guest, I have the right to expect a comfortable and accurate accommodation that aligns with the reservation I made and the promises outlined in the booking confirmation. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of this expectation, and it has left deeply dissatisfied.

Hello Mr Forhad Uddin.First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced.Regarding the room, as you said yes, we gave you the room you made, and if you look at the reservation, it says that there is 1 large bed and 1 sofa bed, so we did not give you a different room and we explained this to you at the entrance. As for the air conditioner, one of the air conditioners in the room went out at night, but I would like you to write that there is 1 more air conditioner in the room, and we immediately repaired the defective air conditioner the next day, if you were disturbed by our technical service coming to your room and repairing the air conditioner, we apologize to you.Of course, we are deeply sorry for your unhappy departure from the hotel, but we kindly ask you to understand us correctly as a business here, we want you to know that we have not acted unfairly to you in any way, on the contrary, we wish you a good day, thank you very much for choosing us, sir.
