Great location, clean, and friendly staff, and the great breakfast! The property needs a little renovations though!

THIS IS EXCELLENT HOTEL. STAFF ARE SUPER FRIENDLY AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. FACILITIES ARE WORLD CLASS. BREAKFAST SPREAD IS HUGE AND VERY GOOD. STRONGLY RECOMMND THIS HOTEL FOR A VERY SATISFYING AND ENJOYABLE STAY.

The hotel is located at a very convenient area close to metro, airport shuttle bus and the İstiklâl Caddesi(Grand Rue de Pera). Staff are very friendly and efficient. Breakfast is good with lots of choice. Try their Turkish hammam as well!

Really clean hotel, the service was amazing. Amenities are perfect for relaxing and recharging. Great location to travel around Istanbul. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay as always, my first choice in Istanbul, amazing staff specially Hanieh, I also met the GM Mr Hassan at the cafe and he was a gentelman to listen to any evaluation and he asked if there is any complains, my experience was as always very good , in love with the staff
