They make you sign some privacy document that mentions access to your data, but they won’t let you read it or give you a copy. It’s very suspicious. This is separate from the reservation form. No clue what I signed. Others have also complained about this in reviews. Said when they insisted on reading it, the staff tore it up dramatically.

They gave us an occupied room which was scary/awkward for all parties involved. Front desk just shrugged it off and blamed a “new system”. Upon getting into the new room it was very dated and dirty: carpets throughout dirty and room not dusted. The bathroom specifically was filthy dirty with pee on the seat. I’d personally never shower in that shower. Luckily for me I only needed the room for a few hours before a flight-not recommendable hotel for more than a few hours.

I have experienced the worst experience of my life, it is not a four star hotel, firstly you do not get the room you have booked, call for service and they promise to come by but it does not, health center should be worth opening at . 6.00 but it actually opens at 9.00, machines in the gym do not work, no water in Gakwzze, far away from everything, way too expensive.

Bathroom's tap was not justified. The windows does not closed even in the winter conditions. Noisy guests.
