The staff were very professional, the Breakfast was good, their rooms are very clean, it was very pleasant.

Great Staff, very helpful.
We did not have Soap to wash our hands so we were using the shampoo instead!
Fridge is very old and takes a while to cool down.
A/C hardly works.
Other than that great breakfast, amazing people.

Good hotel good location Beds not the most comfortable but overall the hotel was great location a staff were nice

Good location, walking distance to taksim square and trains
Plenty of stores around and seems safe.
