We had great service from the staff. They arranged a 4am airport taxi for us, and walked us to the taxi with an umbrella, as it was pouring rain.
The area was quieter than some other parts of Istanbul, which was a welcome reprieve.

The hotel is located only about six minutes walking distance to Sultanahmet Square. It has a wonderful breakfast buffet which is included in the room rate. The variety of the offerings was pleasantly surprising and super tasty. Also you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace with the views of Sultanahmet Mosque on one side and Bosphorus on the other. The reception personnel was very helpful with our questions. The hotel is about 10 mins walking distance to the tram line through which you can reach to Eminonu (where spice bazaar / Egyptian Bazaar is) and Sirkeci district from which one can transfer to the ferry lines. Also the hotel is about 20 mins walking distance to the Grand Bazaar. When considering the price/value proposition, proximity to the attractions, well over average breakfast offering and to die for view of the terrace make this hotel a no brainer choice for us.

The property is in poor condition, Very dated, no elevator, not enough room for luggage, mold growing in the sink. But the people working there made up for it. The staff is helpful, caring, kind and very professional.

Both you and we would have been happy. The room you reserved is not a family room, it is a room that can accommodate 4 people and a room with a capacity of 10 pieces of luggage. We have already stated on the website that we do not have an elevator. 2. Your reservation is a standard reservation. We are also having difficulty understanding why you continued to stay.
