Excellent property and location in the historical centre. However, there are challenging transportation options to visit attractions other than those centrally located.

Great staff from front desk, F&B to housekeeping...
The only issue I had was that torturing breakfast music, the same 5-6 songs keep repeating for 3 hours, day after day...Oh my God and we stayed there for 2 weeks.
We'll definitely go back, but for god sake play some nice turkish music, instead of Miley Cyrus and "California Dreaming "...

Fantastic hotel with a lovely spa and the terrace was one of the best parts of the holiday. Fairly conveniently located with only a 10-15 minute walk from the main sites of historic Istanbul. lovely restaurant options near by and fantastic staff. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Istanbul

The staff were nothing short of amazing. The hotel is very comfortable and is in a great location. We have already recommended this hotel to others.

Old hotel with old photos!
Posted 12 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe rooms in the photos are of the best rooms they have. Double / twin rooms are VERY small. Most rooms were refurbished with cheap materials: the bed boards you see in photos exists in half the rooms, the once wooden floor are now made of paper. Also, both saunas were not working.
And, the receptionist lied there were no more rooms available to show when the hotels site was showing 8.

The Hotel staffs were great and helpful but nothing works at the hotel, rooms were extra small with no working air conditioning, the SPA and gym were close. The power was out every day and no water to shower or use the bathroom at times. Hotel need major repairs and it was a complete disaster.
