I was very well received. The staff is professional and very friendly. Rooms and changing/shower rooms are clean. Had a full-body massage by Jale Öz who was absolutely wonderful. All in all very good experience.

It’s not hotel , it’s spa and massage area with small resting rooms ,and the bathroom is shared for all rooms

Dirty and unkept, especially the bathroom and bedroom. Did not receive the spa service I requested and paid for. Bedroom walls are paper thin, one can hear the airport vehicles working around the clock. Overpriced airport experience.
